4. What type of memory is used for cache?what type of memory is used in pendrive?

sram chips are used in memory caching,for pen drives we use a nand type flash memory data storage device

it is obvious that flash memory is used in pen drives.............but in caching ia m not sure but i think sram chips are used

pendrive:
A Pen Drive is a NAND (Not AND) type flash memory data storage device which is integrated with USB interface. It is a secondary memory too.
